This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 (the “Act”) and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Act. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the www.curatedlegaltech.in website (the “Website”).

The Website is owned and operated by CURATED LEGALTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with the CIN U62010KA2024PTC184448 and having its registered office at 312, DHURVAM UNNATHI, LAYOUT CHIKKAGUBBI, DODDAGUBBI, BANGALORE NORTH, BANGALORE – 560077, KARNATAKA, INDIA (hereinafter referred to as “Curated”).

Intellectual Property

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The affected provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful, not void or enforceable, as the case may be, in such a manner as comes closest to preserving the intentions of such provision.

No Waiver

The failure of Curated at any time to require performance by you of any provision of these Terms of Use shall in no way affect the right of Curated to enforce the such provision, nor shall the waiver of any breach by you of any provision herein constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach or the provision itself

Governing Law Jurisdiction Disputes

These Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of India without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles that would require application of law of a different jurisdiction. You agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. You agree not to bring any of action relating to the use of the Website or the interpretation of these Terms of Use in any court in any jurisdiction other than the courts located in New Delhi, India. Curated shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms of Use. In any dispute between you and Curated where Curated prevails, Curated shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, disbursements, and other legal expenses.

Change In Terms of Use

These terms and conditions are as on August 12, 2024 and can be changed/modified/replaced at the sole discretion of Curated.
